In this study, we conducted a large-scale field experiment to uncover the effects of plant holobiont on soil microbial biodiversity and co-occurrence networks in Tibetan Plateau. We select annual plant Tibetan hulless barley and perennial plant alfalfa, both of them are broadly planted in Tibetan Plateau, for soil microbial biodiversity investigation. Comparative metagenomic analysis, which integrates with 16S rDNA, rpoB and shotgun sequencing were used in this study.
